Fifth edition

The Colombia Land of Diversity contest organized by the Federación Nacional de Cafeteros de Colombia reaches its fifth edition in search of the best Colombian coffees of the 2020 harvest. This championship awards the highest quality coffees, in two categories: small and large lots and its ultimate objective is the positioning of specialty coffees from this country.

The best coffees chosen by international judges, among which is Mare Terra Coffee, will participate in an international auction.

In previous editions, this contest has served as a showcase for a wide variety of Colombian coffees from different departments, showing the latest trends and innovations to the international market.

Colombia is one of the producing countries with the greatest prestige for its quality coffee thanks to the excellent climatic conditions and fertile soils throughout its coffee growing area.

It has 880,000 ha cultivated by more than 560,000 families that depend on coffee, producing between 300 and 500 Kg. coffee per year for each hectare.
