LEGAL NOTICE MARE TERRA 2003 S.L

I.-PURPOSE, PURPOSE AND SCOPE

The present stipulations regulate the contracting of products and services offered and the advertising directed to its clients / users by MARE TERRA 2003 SL, a commercial company that operates through the Internet from its website (mareterracoffee.com) offering its clients related to coffee and any other products you may add to your range in the future. These General Conditions also regulate the rights and obligations of the parties derived from the purchase and sale transactions developed between them.

III.-LEGAL CONDITIONS OF SERVICE PROVISION AND RESPONSIBILITY

MARE TERRA 2003 S.L, in compliance with the provisions of art. 10 of Law 34/2002 of July 11th, through its website and these General Conditions, makes it possible to access by electronic means in a permanent, easy, direct and free way to the comprehensive information of its corporate name (fiscal data, registry, domicile and communications address), as well as to the client's data, exclusive access to it, held by the company.

Likewise, in accordance with the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, it offers the client both pre-contractual information (see these General Conditions as well as additional information in the different sections of the website) and confirmation of the information legally required.

IV.-CONDITIONS OF ACCESS OF THE USER / CLIENT
