From October 5 to 8

PIR Expo is the annual fair that takes place in Moscow from October 5 to 8. Among the sectors exhibited are hospitality equipment, furniture, design and the largest coffee exhibition currently taking place in Russia. Mare Terra Coffee will be present with the following activities:

CUPPING- October 6: From the simple to the complex: comparative tasting of classic flavor profiles: Nicaragua, El Salvador and Ethiopia.

The cupping topic is dedicated to a comparative analysis of the classic profile of each of the countries of origin with experimental batches, the result of the joint work of our Mareterra R&D team and the farmers of the country of origin.

Timur Dudkin, R&D Director of Mare Terra Coffee will give a presentation on October 7 at PIR EXPO 2021 whose purpose is to find out how much coffee really costs. What are the costs and what is the true cost of coffee at every stage of your life, from a berry in a tree to a drink in a cup?
