A Coffee for Amélie
Amelie Poulain has become one of the best known characters in French cinema. She fell in love with all the spectators of Jean-Pierre Jenet's film because of her peculiar way of seeing life, her shyness and her great capacity for imagination, characteristics that make her a totally different person from the rest.
One of the things we like best about her is that, from her quiet and simple life in the Montmartre district, she has cultivated an exquisite taste for life's little pleasures. We are not wrong in thinking that Amelie would surely enjoy drinking a coffee prepared with a certain liturgy, a coffee that we start enjoying from the first second we start preparing it. For her we would prepare a coffee made with Chemex and we would choose fùlù with notes to win brought from Rwanda. She would know how to appreciate each note of the coffee, we would explain her the Rwandan origin and we would spend the afternoon talking in a Parisian terrace.
