Every producer is a star that lights up the coffee universe. The work of some producers shines above the average of the coffee universe and they are capable of producing specialty coffees. To each origin we associate a constellation to highlight the stars among the stars.
For example, to the origin Huila, Colombia we associate the constellation of Gemini-Geminorum, or that of El Salvador, the lira-Lyrae , Orpheus' magic harp because its mythological history associates them with poetry and music.
