On July 23-24, Timur Dudkin, head of our R&D department, will hold 2 new courses for the young farmers of Huila and their friends. 

July 23: Cuppings 
8 hours of cuppings and sensory analysis: there will be presented coffees from Africa, South and Central America and Asia - different varieties, different processes, different profiles. 

July 24: Experimental fermentation
5 identic experimental recipes will be implemented at different processing stations. In 2 months all the producers will compare the result of their experiments.
