Penta Process is the name given to the 5 stages of growing quality coffee: Planting, Harvesting, Separation, Drying and Packing. The packaging part is very important, Daterra Coffee makes many efforts in all the four previous steps so the packaging must be able to keep the quality achieved. <H1> Why is different?:

This innovative packaging is composed of a polypropylene bag with a laminate bag inside, the same material used on our vacuum packs for Penta Pack®. It protects the beans from lights – UV and infra-red, pests, fungus and external odors. The Penta Bag® will slow down the green coffee aging, keeping its quality from Daterra´s farm to clients over the world for a longer period. It is important to highlight that no hooks are used during loading and manipulation, no damage or perforation could be done to the bag, assuring the authenticity of the packaging.
